Shirley R. Malone, 64, of Stockbridge, passed away Sunday July 10, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy George, of Stockbridge; three children, Michael Bryant Byce, of Monroe Ga., Michele and Larry Bowers, of Covington, Ga., and Melisia Baker, of Marietta,Ga.; two sisters and one brother; five grandchildren, Tre' Bowers, Brooke Bowers, Logan Sweat, Trent Baker, Abigail Baker, and extended family members. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 13, at 2 p.m., in the Fairview Chapel of Horis A. Ward. Pastor Miguel Velez-Andujar will officate. Interment will be in the Fairview Memorial Gardens.
