Gateway Restoration Church, 8955 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, is hosting the Georgia Christian Counselors Association meeting Saturday, July 23, at 10 a.m. The presenter will be Dr. Jack Kelly who will be talking about life coaching. Forest Park First Baptist Church, 634 Main St., Forest Park, VIP Ministries of the church will meet Tuesday, July 26, at 10:45 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. Senior adults are welcome to join in the fellowship, lunch and a special program of interest to senior citizens. Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month with the exception of December. The July program will feature Hawaii, the 50th state. Come out and enjoy Hawaiian decorations, watch a film about the islands and share a delicious Hawaiian lunch.
