Age: 77
Ms. Agnes Holloway Hollis, 77, of McDonough, passed away July 27, 2011. Ms. Hollis was born in Opelika, Ala., the daughter of the late Betty Holloway Farrar. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. Ms. Hollis enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, going to her exercise class, gardening, feeding the birds. Shopping for her family was one of her ways of showing her love. Survivors include her children, Amelia Gober and husband, C.J., of Canton, Angela Hoover and husband, Gary, of Locust Grove, and Linda Strickland, of Locust Grove; grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin, Brian, Braxton and Valarie; great-grandchildren, Kennedie, Drake, Jones and Evan; and a brother, Benny Farrar, of LaGrange; and several nieces and nephews.
