An alleged victim took matters into her own hands by videotaping sexual assaults, according to warrants issued by the Clayton County Magistrate Court.
Roosevelt Hozay Riley, 45, of Jonesboro, is charged with incest and two counts of sexual battery in connection with the case.
He is being held in the Clayton County Jail on $30,000 bond, and is being represented by a public defender.
The woman, 20, told police that Riley had molested her since she was 5 years old. Her sister also came forward with a similar story of alleged assaults, the warrants allege. They are related to Riley through marriage.
The alleged victim told police she set up a video camera in her bedroom to capture the assaults, which included sodomy and fondling without her consent, police said.
The sisters and their mother told police they fear retaliation from Riley, if he is released. They also told police he, allegedly, was planning to flee to Florida the day he was arrested.
The woman is not being identified because she is an alleged victim of sexual assault.
