Jack Chaffee Jack Chaffee was born in Detroit, Mich., in 1917. He passed away peacefully at age 94 on June 2, 2011. Jack will be interned beside his wife, Betty, at Saint Mary Cemetery in Lake Forest, Ill. He is survived by his sister, Pat Lamb; daughter, Pat Leonard, and son-in law, Jim; son, Mike Chaffee, and daughter-law, Jan; son, Richard Nugent, and daughter-in-law, Cindy, and many beautiful grand-and great-grandchildren. It is the family’s wish that friends and relatives do one kind deed in honor of Jack.More like this story
