The Clayton County Board of Education made a few more personnel changes, during Monday night's board meeting.
On Superintendent Edmond Heatley's recommendation, board members voted to appoint four candidates to administrative positions in the school district. Three of the changes involve new principals at two middle schools and an elementary school. The fourth is a county-level coordinator's position.
Those appointed to new positions, Monday, include: Karen Murner, a former principal at Georgia College Early College, who was named principal of Rex Mill Middle School; Jeannie Richmond-Lynch, former assistant principal at Swint Elementary School in Clayton, who is the new principal of Haynie Elementary; Dennis Wilkinson, an assistant principal at Roberts Middle School, who was chosen as principal of Anderson Elementary School; and Eboni Camille Chillis, a teacher at Arabia Mountain High School in the DeKalb County School System, who was selected as coordinator of Career, Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE).
The four join a long list of previously announced administrative team members, ranging from new principals, to athletic directors. They will assume their positions July 1.
