Henry County Police said the man and woman pictured allegedly stole 10 phones from two T-Mobile stores in Henry County on separate occasions.
T-Mobile management indicated the same man and woman were also identified in the theft of phones in Morrow, Riverdale, Griffin, and Gwinnett County, in the last 10 days, according to Henry County Police Sgt. Mike Ireland.
The two individuals pictured entered the T-Mobile store on Jonesboro Road, in McDonough, at approximately 10:30 a.m., Wednesday "and stole six Smart Phones, retail value of about $2,800," said Ireland.
They gave the appearance of shopping for phones, he added.
"The male removed a pair of pliers from his pocket and cut the lanyard cable and placed the phones back into the holder," continued Ireland. "The female then went over to the disconnected [phones] and put them in her purse. The two then exited the store together."
Later that day, at approximately 6 p.m., the man and woman entered the T-mobile store on North Henry Boulevard, in Stockbridge. "[They] performed the same act, this time stealing four Smart Phones, retail value $1,950," he added.
Anyone who can identify these two individuals is asked to contact the Henry County Police Department at (770) 288-8200, or (770) 957-9121.
