Funeral Home: Ford-Stewart Funeral Home Martha Faye Wheeler Mrs. Martha Faye Wheeler, 69, of Cartersville, formerly of Jonesboro, passed away, March 2, 2011. She was preceded in death by her children, Debora Jean Carter, and Lester Eugene “Gene” Wheeler. She is survived by her son, Robert “Bobby” Wheeler, of Cartersville; daughters and sons-in-law, Mariette E. Whitehurst and Dan Hiesel, of Rex, Sharon Elizabeth and Greg Kenerly, of Stockbridge; son and daughter-in-law, Ronald Wayne and Cynthia Wheeler, of Cartersville; sisters, Betty Jean (David) Barron, of Jonesboro, Karen Elizabeth Chastine, of Acworth, Anne Mariette James, of Cartersville; 14 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held, Saturday, March 5, at 1 p.m., in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Interment will be at Jonesboro City Cemetery. The family will receive friends, TODAY (Friday, March 4), from 4 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
