LifeSouth Community Blood Centers plans to host a blood drive Friday, at Great Escape McDonough 16, 115 Foster Drive, in McDonough, according to LifeSouth Donor Consultant Jil Osborne.
The "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie-themed blood drive begins at 6 p.m., and will continue until 11 p.m. The event is hosted in conjunction with the premier of the movie franchise's latest installment, "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides."
