The Georgia Department of Transportation has authorized the closing of a portion of Ga. Highway 20, in Hampton, to accommodate the filming of the AMC series “The Walking Dead,” according to Capt. Derrick Austin, of the Hampton Police Department.
Ga. Highway 20 will be closed between East Main Street and Lower Woolsey Road, on Nov. 6, beginning at 6 a .m. The highway will re-open Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 4 p.m.
