Scott Barlow, Eagle’s Landing Christian: The senior wide receiver had 81 yards on three receptions in the Chargers’ 59-27 Region 5-A championship game win over Holy Innocents’.

Rasha Bennett, Drew: The wide receiver had three receptions for 78 yards and two touchdowns in a Region 4-AAA win over Locust Grove.

Travis Custis, Lovejoy: The junior running back had 24 carries for 133 yards and two touchdowns in a 13-6 win over Riverdale in the season finale for both.

Quran Fite, Henry County: He had four tackles and an interception in the Warhawks win over Eastside to earn a playoff berth from Region 4-AAA. He also had two pass breakups.

Donovahn Jones, Dutchtown: The quarterback was 18 of 27 for 229 yards and two touchdowns despite the Bulldogs’ 27-26 loss to Starr’s Mill.

Terrell Jordan, Drew: The linebacker had 11 tackles and returned a fumble for a touchdown in the Titans victory at Locust Grove.

Lovejoy defense: The Wildcats defense did not give up a point for the ninth time in 10 games this season in a 13-6 win over Riverdale. Lovejoy limited Riverdale to 64 yards of offense and forced three turnovers in the Region 4-AAAA game.

Chris Moody, Henry County: The senior quarterback had 264 yards rushing on 29 carries in the Warhawks’ 34-24 win over Eastside to earn a playoff berth. He also passed for 136 yards on 14 of 22 passes, including one touchdown throw.

Jay Murray, Drew: The junior quarterback passed for 184 yards on 14 of 22 passes and two touchdowns. He also had 41 yards rushing in the school’s first victory on Locust Grove.

Ryan Thomas, Henry County: The linebacker led the team with 11 tackles, eight solos and a quarterback hurry in a Region 4-AAA win over Eastside.

John Tatum, Eagle’s Landing Christian: The senior running back had 116 yards and two touchdowns on 23 carries in a win over Holy Innocents’ for the Region 5-A championship.

Jamal Watkins, Dutchtown: He had five receptions for 57 yards in the Bulldogs’ season finale against Starr’s Mill. He also had two touchdown receptions in the Region 3-AAAA play-in game.

Jadarius West, Drew: The senior had 169 yards rushing on 13 carries and four touchdowns in a 48-28 win over Locust Grove in the regular season finale.

Logan Woodward, Ola: He scored on a 70-yard fumble recovery in a Region 3-AAAA overtime win over McIntosh.

Brian Yancey, Ola: He scored the game-winning two-point conversion on a run in a 22-21 overtime win over McIntosh for the Mustangs’ first onfield victory of the season.
