Aubrey England Richardson, 78, of McDonough, died Friday, Nov. 25, 2011.
He was born in Atlanta, to the late Burress England and Myrtle Fields Richardson, and was also preceded in death by his wife, Betsy Dyal Richardson. Aubrey was a veteran of the United States Navy, and a member of County Line Congregational Christian Church. Mr. Richardson is survived by his daughter, Barbara Ann Richardson Johns, of McDonough; sister, Jewell Ann Joyce, of Conyers; grandchildren, Mikel Ray Johns, Eric England Richardson Johns, Carlous Dillon Johns, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, Nov. 28, 2011 at the Chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors with Archie Pennington, officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 27, 2011 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm at the Funeral Home. Those who wish may sign the on-line guest registry at www.cannonclevelandfunerals.com.
