Clayton County police have not released the name of a man who died after being hit by a car early Monday morning.
Officer Eddie Soto said the victim was wearing dark clothes and standing in the middle of Tara Boulevard near Flicker Road when he was hit by a car about 3:30 a.m. Soto said the driver stopped, and will not face charges. The pedestrian died at the scene. –– Kathy JefcoatsMore like this story
