LaRue Grogan Turner
Mrs. LaRue Grogan Turner, 93, of Atlanta, passed away Monday, Oct. 24, 2011.
She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Tom Grogan and Clayton Turner; and niece, Elaine Eberhart.
She is survived by her children, Ginger Clifton, Cheryl Carson, Clay Turner, Walter Turner; nieces and nephews, Virginia (Jenny) Paul Vaughn, Julie (David) Dossett, Bob (Carolyn) Grant, Ken (Carole) Grant, Kathy Kinney, Polly (Bobby) Lane, Mary Ann (Gene) Gardner; and numerous great-nieces and-nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 27, at 11a.m., at the Ford Stewart Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Guy Kent, the Rev. Bob Grant, and the Rev. Lisa Dempsey officiating.
Interment will be at Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends TODAY (Wednesday, Oct. 26), from 5 p.m., to 7 p.m., at the Funeral Home.
