A Morrow High School senior was arrested, Wednesday, for allegedly threatening the principal when she asked him to hand over his cell phone.
Kyuntrey Kennard Jones, 17, was in Clayton County Magistrate Court, Thursday afternoon, for a disorderly conduct charge.
Judge Richard Brown said Jones told the principal he would "kick your (expletive)," and refused to hand over a cell phone he had in violation of school policy.
Jones told the court he makes A's, B's and C's, and plans to join the U.S. Navy after graduation.
Brown set a $1,500 bond, with the condition that Jones not have any violent contact with the principal. A relative told Judge Brown that Jones was suspended for 10 days, and will return to school Sept. 19.
