Teens to model recycled fashions

The Forest Park Teen Council and other organizations will present a fashion show Saturday featuring outfits made from recyclable materials.

The goal of the program is to get the public to "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle."

Forest Park Mayor Pro Tem Sparkle Adams said there will be several surprise guest models who will show off special outfits.

The show will take place from 4 p.m., to 6 p.m. in the upstairs ballroom at 850 Main St. in Forest Park. Other sponsors include Keep Forest Park Beautiful, Forest Park senior citizens, Waste Management, Forest Park Farmers Market, Chick-fil-A and Forest Park middle and high schools.
