Clayton News Daily
Chloe is a five and a half year old Beagle mix. She has been spayed and fully vaccinated. When Chloe was just a puppy, she was adopted from Clayton County Humane Society into what we hoped, would be a permanent home.
Now, years later, Chloe was recently found sitting at Animal Control. When it was discovered that a CCHS dog had been surrendered to Animal Control, the dog was quickly recovered and returned to the shelter that had been her home so many years ago. It was discovered that Chloe had done nothing to be given up.....she had simply been an innocent victim in a home where domestic violence had taken place. Chloe and another dog were handed over when the home fell apart. Chloe is a very sweet girl, but she does seem confused and lonely after having lost her home, her "person" and her doggie friend. She is very active and needs someone who has time and energy to give to her. For more information about how to adopt Chloe, please contact CCHS at 770-471-9436. To see other adoptable animals, please visit our Petfinder pages at www.petfinder.com and use our 30236 zip code for your search.More like this story
