Ronnie Kent Presley
Mr. Ronnie Kent Presley, 71, of Forest Park, passed away Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011. He was a Teamster Local 728 and a former Vice President of Teamsters 728 Retiree Club.
He is survived by his wife Sandra; children, Michael Lynn Presley, of Forest Park, Larry Kent Presley, of Telford, Tenn., Jodi O’Sullivan, of Phenix City, Ala., Judi Banks, of McDonough, and Joseph Taylor, Jr., also of McDonough; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Charlene Presley, Faine and Oleta Presley, Ricky and Ina Presley, all of Tenn.; sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Lowell Bohon, of N.C.; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 1 p.m., in the Ford-Stewart Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Sept. 27, from 5 p.m., to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
A graveside service will be held Friday, Sept. 30, at 3 p.m., at Oakland Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Bowmantown, Tenn., with the body to lie in state for two hours at the church prior to the service.
