A Clayton County grand jury has indicted two men for selling counterfeit male sexual enhancement drugs.

Jonathan Douglas Hays and Keith Allan Bynum, Jr. were indicted Wednesday on charges they dispensed, possessed and sold counterfeit Cialis, the brand name for the active ingredient tadalafil. The two were charged with practicing pharmacy without a license.

Hays and Bynum were also charged with four counts of possession of counterfeit Rosetta Stone language-learning DVDs.

The men were arrested on the charges in October 2009 and are out on bond.

In other court action, an Ellenwood teenager arrested in October for robbing and beating a Snellville couple was indicted on multiple felonies in connection with that case. Matthew Odell, 17, is being held in the Clayton County Jail on $40,000 bond on the charges.

Prosecutors allege Odell robbed the couple at gunpoint, taking a cell phone, wallet, keys and a gold testing kit. Odell allegedly punched the man in the face with a closed fist. He is also charged with breaking into a Ford Ranger pick-up truck.

Odell has been indicted on three counts of aggravated assault, entering an auto, battery, felony and misdemeanor theft by taking, armed robbery and possession of a handgun during the commission of a felony.

The grand jury also indicted a Norcross man on four child sex charges. Carlos Javier Rosales, 40, was arrested in February for aggravated sodomy of a child. He was indicted on that charge and aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and child molestation. He is being held on $50,000 bond in the Clayton County Jail.
