Pets of the Week - OJ

OJ is a 1 year old orange tabby domestic shorthair. He has been neutered and fully vaccinated. OJ found himself at Animal Control, after his family was evicted from their home. OJ was just one of many cats who were left in the home, and the owners never came back to save any of them. The whole group was rounded up and turned over to Animal Control. OJ is a great little guy, and he loves people, but he does not seem to care for being around the many, many other cats at CCHS. Because he came from a home with multiple cats, we don't necessarily think that he has to be an "only cat", but we do think he would prefer not to be in setting with many other cats.....maybe one or two other cats, at the most. He is very friendly, and he LOVES to "talk". Sadly, OJ stays in a cage all of the time, due to his fear of the other cats, so we are working hard to place him in a new home as quickly as possible. We don't want him to become stressed out from being in a cage for too long. Please....if anyone is interested in helping this little guy, call Robin at 770-478-7531.
