Rocky is four and a half year old Pug. He has been neutered and fully vaccinated.
Rocky's former owners decided that they wanted a Shih Tzu instead of a Pug, so they dumped poor Rocky on their elderly grandmother, who was unable to care for a dog. Now Rocky has to sit in a cage because humans didn't understand what "commitment" and "responsible pet ownership" means. Rocky is a really sweet little guy. He does well with children and other dogs. He is already crate trained!
