Fay Crawford, of Forest Park, passed away on Aug. 8, 2012.
A service will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Saturday, Aug. 11, at 11 a.m., Dr. Reed Crumbliss to officiate. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation from 10-11a.m. prior to service.
Survivors include her sons, John and Michelle Crawford, of Dallas, Jim and Barbara Crawford, of Eatonton; three granddaughters; one great- granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
