Mr. Brian Lee Willis, 45, of Forest Park, passed away Aug. 11, 2012. He was born in Atlanta, to the late Edward Lee and Margaret Eugenia Bloodworth Willis. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Thomas Bloodworth, cousin, Steve Bloodworth, aunt, Hazel Bloodworth and uncle, Floyd Harrington. Brian was a graduate of Forest Park High School, Class of 1985. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, the outdoors and trips to Mexico Beach.
Survivors include his sister, Donna (Rick) Satterfield, of McDonough; nephews, Jacob and Caleb Satterfield; niece, Rebecca Satterfield; uncle and aunts, Clifford Bloodworth, of Hampton, Carol Bloodworth, of Hampton, Barbara Lacey, of Hampton, Gail Harrington, of Barnesville, Dorothy Karr, Ruth Speer, of Marietta, Betty Willis, of Forest Park; numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family Monday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
