RIVERDALE — The city of Riverdale will partner Saturday with Kiss 104.1 FM to host the town’s annual Seafood & Beer Festival. The event will run from noon until 11 p.m., at the Amphitheater at Riverdale Town Center, located at 7200 Church Street, Riverdale. It will feature live music, beer stations and something for the entire family. National recording artists Klymxx and Noel Gourdin are among performers.
Admission is $5 for adults and free for kids 12 and under. Parking is also $5. Reserved tables of eight are $125. This is an event for all ages to celebrate the Labor Day Holiday Weekend. Fun-filled entertainment will include a 40-foot aquarium, a Lobster Cube with $5,000 in prizes, Kids Zone, games, an interactive fountain, music stages and more.
Food vendors, including local restaurants, will sell an array of fish, crab and other seafood dishes in Vendors Village. ATMs are available on site. No coolers or carry-ins will be allowed.
Entertainment will include national artists Noel Gourdin and Klymaxx and local artists America’s Next Big Rap Artist Showcase featuring Future Stars of Tomorrow; The Mike Delaney Project; Payne & Pleasure Band; Tabitha King; Gritz & Jelly Butter Band and Casuell & The Soul Kitchen Band.
