JONESBORO — Clayton County Police are searching for a Jonesboro woman who went missing after taking her daughter to work.

Sgt. K.T. Hughes said Lisa Lawson was last seen in a green 2001 Chevrolet Surburban (Georgia tag PAN6028) dropping her daughter off at her McDonough job.

“Lisa sent out text messages to family members saying she loved them,” Hughes said. “The last documented location of her cell phone and vehicle is in the McDonough area off Jonesboro Road headed toward the city of McDonough.”
