JONESBORO — Three men tussling fell off a Jonesboro apartment balcony, trying to stave off a domestic dispute.
Clayton County Police officer John Schneller said the incident happened around 7 p.m., Sunday, at Chase Village Apartments, located at 100 Chase Village Drive, near Battle Creek Road in Jonesboro.
One of the unidentified men was about to be involved in a domestic dispute, Schneller said.
“A couple of guys were trying to hold him back,” he said. “All three went over the balcony, in the breezeway area.”
The officer said the men fell into some bushes below the balcony.
“Only one man went to the hospital,” added the officer. “Just because he complained of injuries.”
Schneller said none of the men had visible injuries, other than scrapes and scratches. As of 2 p.m. Monday, no charges had been filed in connection with the incident.
