...In my opinion; The Influence of The NAACP has been the hammer of destruction in Clayton County. The NAACP also opposes our individual rights under the 2nd Amendment, and because most of our Officials belongs to The NAACP, they Inherit the same creed on our Lawful Rights for self defense.

I. A Radical Departure from The Court’s Second Amendment Jurisprudence Is Not Warranted…. 4

A. The Second Amendment Does Not Protect an Individual Right to “Keep and Bear Arms” for Purely Private Purposes …………………………… 6

The school that Obama's kids attend has eleven armed guards.

Rosie O'donnell believes that no one should be allowed to carry a gun, , well, except for her armed body guards that is.

The Second Amendment is not just for the Elite, it is for the common man to defend America against a tyrannical government which is WE the People, of the People and FOR the people. Not, we the elected, of the elected and for the elected who decide for the masses what is best for the masses to the exclusion of our elected selves.

....Georgia House Bill 89 was another Self Protection Bill, that the Clayton County Legislators voted against. I was seeing a pattern with our Legislative Branch from this county, so I began making friends with these Legislators on facebook. My answers would also arrive in my email.

....Many thought that I was just another lopsided dummy from this county, because nobody ever questioned how these Legislators voted on our Self Protection Laws.

.....From what I have seen most of these Clayton County Officials, it's no wonder why this county is looked upon with nothing but shame. When elected officials forms as one group to oppose our lawful right to exist, it's very bad.

......What really got my goat, was when Chief Porter gave Wole Ralph a county owned pistol, when the Law Enforcement of Clayton County opposed the citizens rights to self protection in this county. Show me me where Commissioners are exempt from State Law for carrying or receiving firearms.

.... ..Does anyone see any mention about County Commissioners being exempt in these Georgia Codes ?

.....The Official Codes of Georgia

.....O.C.G.A. § 16-11-130 Exemptions from Code Sections 16-11-126 through 16-11-128

Was the county ever reimbursed for the cost of the gun?

OscarKnight 2 years, 11 months ago

.....Robert; Has the county ever been reimbursed for lost or stolen guns ?

....Ask Porter if you he paid for his stolen pistol. I have an entire listing of News Report of missing and stolen firearms in Clayton County, many stolen guns was left unsecured in Police cars.

....Many reports about stolen police weapons, goes unreported by the News Media.

This is interesting. Mr. Ralph "allegedly" took trips to D.C. for some NAACP related event. It was during this trip that hand written receipts came about and were subsequently reimbursed by the county.

At a BOC meeting, during public comment, when this was mentioned, Mr. Ralph stated that he had no association with the NAACP. In another BOC meeting, one of the many "one timers" came forward for public comment and spoke highly of Mr. Ralph as she pleaded for a recreation center to bare Mr. Ralph's name. During her comments, she stated that she was a representative of the NAACP.

Long story short. . .Mr. Ralph claimed he had no association with the NAACP but yet the NAACP seems to associate itself with him on a regular PUBLIC basis.

Robert 2 years, 10 months ago

Good riddance to Ralph. Go back to where you really live where ever that may be.
