Players from across the Southern Crescent officially signed their college scholarships today.

The big news came out of Henry County High, where defensive end Dalvin Tomlinson announced that he was signing with national champion Alabama.

After making the announcement in the school's media center Wednesday morning, the crowd cheered as a few shouted, "Roll Tide!"

Tomlinson was one of three Warhawk players to sign with a Football Bowl Subdivision school.

Chris Moody signed with South Carolina and former Warhawk athlete Stephon Brown signed with Middle Tennessee State. Brown played this past season at the Atlanta Sports Academy, a prep school.

Drew had its first football signing class.

Check back for updates later today.
