Hoss is wonderful big gray and white Domestic Shorthair. He is approximately 3 years old and he has been neutered and fully vaccinated. Hoss was found at Animal Control, and even under such stressful conditions, his sweet, wonderful personality just shined right through. CCHS staffers were immediately entranced by this angel, but before the paperwork could even be filled out, it was noticed that Hoss had an injured foot. So, he was immediately taken to the vets to address the injured foot, but on the way, he seemed to become weak and extremely quiet. Once at the vet, he was quickly checked out and found to be severely underweight and anemic. Apparently, his time "on the streets" had taken a heavy toll on his health. Poor Hoss received an immediate blood transfusion, followed by several days of rest at the vet's office. Now, fat, happy and very healthy, Hoss has made a full recovery. He is very, very sweet and loving. He gets along with everyone he meets, and just blends in with all the other cats at the CCHS shelter. Simply put, there is nothing but good that can be said about this sweet guy. Anyone interested in adopting Hoss, should contact Robin at 770-478-7531.
