More than 20 retail concession outlets will be included in the new international terminal at Atlanta’s airport, according to an airport spokesman.

Al Snedeker said Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed signed contracts with LTL ATL JV, and Paradies-Atlanta II LLC, for shops in the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

The shops will include: Spanx, MAC Cosmetics, Tommy Hilfiger and Kiehl’s, which will open this spring along with other retailers, he said. The stores will be located in the terminal, its Concourse F, and the adjoining Concourse E, he explained.

“We’re thrilled to be moving forward with these brands for the international terminal,” added Louis Miller, aviation general manager at Hartsfield. “I’m confident our passengers will enjoy these world-class shopping options as they travel, to and from, Atlanta.”

Other retailers opening this spring at the international terminal and on Concourse F are: Brookstone, CNN International News, Clutch, Luxury Boutique, Simply Books/French Meadow Café, Sunglass Icon, Touch Table, and Sweet Auburn Market Café, which will be located on the departure level and pre-security areas, he said.

Snedeker said shops on Concourse E will brought into the mix gradually over the next 18 months. These concessions include: Able Planet, CNBC News, CNN.com, Johnston & Murphy, The New York Times News/Goldberg’s Deli, Magellan’s, Pandora/Brooks Brothers, Shades of Time, Soundbalance, Sunglass Icon, Swarovski and The Wall Street Journal News.

The international terminal will offer 12 gates for international air travel, he added. The facility connects with Concourse E. Together, they form a 40-gate travel complex. The 1.2-million-square-foot terminal will open this spring.
