She told police her alleged attacker was a black male in his mid-20s, 6 feet, 1 inch tall.
Police said she also described him as having a muscular build and a tattoo on his inner forearm. He is accused of running into a nearby neighborhood after the alleged assault took place. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is conducting a forensic investigation, police said.
