Randy Anyanwu, Lovejoy: On offense, he had one reception for 17 yards in the region win over Druid Hills. He also had a 30-yard fumble return for a touchdown.
Mario Atkinson, Jonesboro: For the second straight week, the junior had a 200-yard passing performing. In the win over Woodland, he threw for 281 yards and three touchdowns on 16 of 24 passing.
Alejandro Bennifield, Lovejoy: The senior quarterback completed 5 of 7 passes for 117 yards in a Region 2-AAAAAA win over Druid Hills. Four of his five competitions went for touchdowns.
Ti’Keem Cooper, Riverdale: The senior running back had 107 yards rushing and a touchdown in a win over Eagle’s Landing. Included in his 13 carries was a 56-yard scoring run in the victory at Southern Crescent Stadium.
Travis Custis, Lovejoy: The senior running back had his first 200-yard rushing game of the season with a 220-yard performance in a Region 2-AAAAAA win over Druid Hills. A Georgia Tech commitment, he also scored two touchdowns, including a 53-yarder at North DeKalb Stadium.
Quinton Edwards, Jonesboro: The senior linebacker had 13 tackles and two sacks in a win over Woodland at Twelve Oaks Stadium.
Taurean Ferguson, Jonesboro: The senior wide receiver/cornerback had three catches for 76 yards and a touchdown. He also had an interception and six tackles.
Jonathan Griffin, Lovejoy: The senior running back had 82 yards rushing in a win against Druid Hills. He averaged 10.2 yards per carry on eight carries. He had a long run of 31 yards.
Al Hughes, Lovejoy: With his team’s 58-3 win over Druid Hills, the longtime coach won his 100th game. Hughes, the winningest coach in county history, is the first coach in the county to get 100 wins while coaching a county school.
Arshad Jackson, Lovejoy: The senior tight end had his breakout game of the season with a three touchdown performance. An Auburn commitment, the 6-foo-6 receiver had 48 receiving yards.
Deon Jones, Riverdale: The junior wide receiver had a 91-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in a win over Eagle’s Landing.
Dereon London, Jonesboro: The wide receiver had 121 yards receiving on five receptions. He also had two touchdowns in the win over Woodland.
Kahmad Magwood, Riverdale: The running back had 134 yards and four touchdowns on 13 carries in a win over Eagle’s Landing. He had a long scoring run of 45 yards at Southern Crescent Stadium.
Jordan Metts, Drew: The junior running back had nine carries for 64 yards in a win at Starr’s Mill. He had two critical carries during the game-winning drive late in the fourth quarter. He was the lead blocker on the game-winning score on a fourth-and-goal play from the 1.
Jallah Neal, Drew: The freshman linebacker had seven solo tackles in a win over Starr’s Mill. He had one tackle for loss, two assists and two pass breakups as the Titans ruined the homecoming Starr’s Mill homecoming celebration.
El Malik Roberson, Lovejoy: He had a 31-yard blocked punt for a touchdown in the win over Druid Hills.
Rodney Smith, Mundy’s Mill: The junior running back had two touchdowns in the Tigers loss at McIntosh. He had scoring runs of 67 and 10 yards.
Cameron Sutton, Jonesboro: The senior had seven carries for 37 yards and a touchdown in the win over Woodland at Twelve Oaks Stadium. He also had five receptions for 55 yards.
