RIVERDALE — Clayton County Police issued a Mattie’s Call Saturday, for Michael Tucker, who they say is schizophrenic and autistic.
Police have contacted the Georgia Bureau of Investigation about the missing man as well as the Georgia Crime Information Center, said officer Phong Nguen, a spokesperson for Clayton County Police.
“We are still looking for him,” Nguen said. “If anyone comes in contact with him, they should call the Clayton County Police Department and we will confirm if he is actually the man we are looking for.”
Tucker, 28, is described as a black male, with brown hair, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, and tennis shoes.
Police said Tucker left the 50 block of McFerrin Circle on Saturday. He is typically seen walking in the area of Upper Riverdale Road and Tara Boulevard. He also walks near the area of Ga. Highway 85 and Tara Boulevard in Clayton County.
Police said Tucker has recently been spotted in the Atlanta area.
