Here is a list of some of the top high school football performances from last week’s games:

Asania Aderhold, Riverdale: The sophomore quarterback was 11 of 17 for 215 yards in a win over Spalding. He also had one passing touchdown in the subregion win.

Kris Christian, Lovejoy: The defensive tackle had four tackles, but three tackles for loss in a win over Morrow. He also had a sack.

Montrell Custis, Lovejoy: The cornerback had an 18-yard fumble recovery returned for a touchdown.

Brandon Davis, Lovejoy: The senior defensive back stopped Morrow’s only serious scoring threat when he returned an interception 100 yards for a touchdown.

Eugene Fuller, Lovejoy: The linebacker had 8.5 tackles, including three tackles for loss and a sack in the Wildcats’ Region 2-AAAAAA win over Morrow.

DeMarquis Gates, Lovejoy: The linebacker had eight tackles and one tackle for loss in a region win over Morrow at Twelve Oaks Stadium. He also caused a fumble.

Devonte Haley, Mundy’s Mill: The sophomore outside linebacker had 15 solo tackles in a win over Drew at Southern Crescent Stadium.

Kivouz Hines, Forest Park: The senior had two receptions for 110 yards in a subregion loss to Union Grove.

Kahmad Magwood, Riverdale: The senior tailback had five receptions for 112 yards in a win over Spalding. He averaged 22 yards per reception in the game.

Jai Murphy, Lovejoy: The cornerback/running back came up big on special teams in a region win over Morrow. He had three blocked punts.

Chinedu Okonya, Riverdale: The junior defensive end had six tackles, including two tackles for loss in a win over Spalding at Tara Stadium. He also had two quarterback sacks and returned an interception for a touchdown.

DaJuan Simms, Forest Park: The junior scored the Panthers’ lone touchdown in a subregion loss to Union Grove. He had a 2-yard touchdown run.

Rodney Smith, Mundy’s Mill: The junior running back had 301 yards rushing and four touchdowns on 26 carries in a win over Drew. He averaged 11.5 yards per carry in the subregion win.

Troy Wyche, Riverdale: The senior linebacker had 13 tackles and two tackles for loss in a subregion win over Spalding. He also had a 2-yard carry for a touchdown in the win.
