RIVERDALE — A driver involved in a fatal accident earlier this year was given a bond Tuesday.
Lee Curtis Bradford appeared in Clayton County Magistrate court before Chief Judge Daphne M. Walker.
The Clayton County Sheriff Office arrested Bradford, 26, and charged him with second degree homicide by vehicle, according to the arrest warrant.
Bradford is accused of failing to yield to the right of way at the front entrance of the Laurel Park Apartments and Georgia Highway 85.
“The driver failed to see oncoming motorcycle driven by Cachet Allah,” the warrant continued. “Allah had the right of way and his motorcycle collided with the vehicle driven by the accused.”
Allah died at the scene.
The fatal crash happened June 19, at 5758 Georgia Highway 85 in Riverdale.
Walker set a $25,000 bond in the case for Bradford.
