Hill declines to take the stand, defense rests case Tuesday

JONESBORO — Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill will not take the stand in the case against him.

As is his right under the constitution, Hill has opted to not testify on his own behalf and his defense rested its case about 4:10 p.m. Tuesday after hearing from two witnesses.

Closing arguments in the case will last about three hours for both sides, said Judge Albert Collier, and will start Wednesday morning.

Hill faces 27 felony counts.

Check back for updates.

He is a coward. Always has been. Hides behind his badge, and his deputies.

Now comes the big question. Will the jury vote by race, or by if he has broken the law of the land. Lets see how this turns out.

.....Victor's Ego Act must have taken an U-Turn :

...Was Victor displaying "Courage, while Under Fire" or displaying his "True Grit" today, as our Sheriff ?

.....How can Sheriff place his life on the line, for the safety of the citizens, if he is afraid stand his ground in a courtroom ?

....Riddle Me with this :

......Is Victor all talk, with no action in his walk ?

...Or is it because Victor don't have his body guards with him on the stand ?

.....Victor displayed of his true traits today. ...To say the least; I'm very disappointed with my Sheriff.

.....When facing a more formal foe, such as our justice system, Victor is not too eager to take the stand and bring forth a debate. Victor Hill's Fact vs Fiction page :

.....I read on another News site, that The Jury went home without reaching a Verdict today.

.....Maybe they wanted another day from work, another day of pay, maybe their are in disagreement.
