JONESBORO — For the second time in a day, Clayton County police have issued a Mattie's Call for an endangered adult.

Sgt. Kevin Hughes said Clyde E. Ragland, 69, of Jonesboro walked away from Southern Regional Medical Center where he'd been taken for an evaluation. Ragland is a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 210 pounds. Hughes said no clothing description is available.

Ragland had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and has not been taking his medication.

Anyone with information on Ragland's whereabouts should contact the Clayton County Police Department.

Earlier Friday, a Mattie's Call was issued and then rescinded for a missing Jonesboro woman. Officer Phong Nguyen called off the search for Lula Brown after she was located.
