Marlene Stover Davis, 69, of Hampton, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at her home in Hampton.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. TODAY, Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Tara Gardens Chapel, officiated by Rev. Horace B. Stover Jr. Burial will take place at Camp Memorial Park in Fayetteville.

Marlene was preceded in death by her parents and one son, John Walker of McDonough.

She is survived by daughters, April Culbreth and husband Zane of Hampton, Robin Jordan and husband Audi of Greenwood, S.C.; a son, James Walker and wife Donna of Peachtree City; daughter-in-law, Shellie Walker of McDonough; brothers “Shorty” Stover of Locust Grove and Ben Stover of Douglasville; sisters Reba Whitley and husband Phil of Riverdale and Teresa Jones and husband Hank of Woodstock; seven grandchildren, Michael Bain, Jessica Bain, and Lacy Walker all of McDonough and Chelsea, James, Marlena and Savannah Walker, all of Peachtree City, as well many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Tara Gardens Chapel, 681 North Ave., Jonesboro, GA., 770-471-7171.
