Clayton to host graduate studies open house

MORROW — The Clayton State University School of Graduate Studies will hold its next informational open house July 9.

Officials said the event will give prospective graduate students a chance to learn more about Clayton State’s nine graduate programs.

Degree programs include the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies, Master of Arts in Teaching English, Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics, Master of Education with a major in Teacher Leadership, Master of Business Administration, Master of Health Administration, Master of Science in Nursing, Master of Archival Studies and Master of Science in Psychology.

The liberal arts program has concentrations in English, criminology, history, political science and liberal arts. The MBA degree is focused in accounting, international business and supply chain management. The nursing degree focuses on education and leadership. The psychology program has concentrations in applied developmental and clinical psychology.

The open house is from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m., in room 101 of the Harry S. Downs Center on the main campus in Morrow. Attendees are not required to register.
