Forest Park Police Department honored for accreditation

Chairman and President of Commission of Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies Louis Dekmar presented Forest Park police Chief Dwayne Hobbs with an award recognizing the department's accreditation during Monday night’s city council meeting. The department is one of fewer than 1,000 of 18,000 departments in the country to earn accreditation status.
