FOREST PARK — Forest Park City Council is considering a policy against "secret recording" during Monday's regular meeting, according to the agenda released Friday.
Council is expected to declare March "Red Cross Month" and consider several appointments to Forest Park Board of Elections. The suggested appointments are Joan Burton as manager and Barbara McFall and Betty Sims as assistant managers. The city will host a special election March 19 to elect a mayor and Ward 1 representative.
Council is also expected to consider adopting "The Policy Against Secret Recording."
The city is also poised to adopt a "Drug-free Workplace Policy" to provide for "elimination of substance abuse" and to provide for an employee assistance plan to help workers with substance issues.
Council meets in work sessions at 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday. The regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. All three sessions are held at Forest Park City Hall and are open to the public.
