MORROW — Support is available for students Wednesday, Nov. 20 and Thursday, Nov. 21 when Clayton State University’s Center for Academic Success hosts its second Tutoring Blitz of 2013.
The Fall Tutoring Blitz will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days in the Commons Area of the James M. Baker University Center. A bi-annual event (the first 2013 Tutoring Blitz took place in April at the end of the spring 2013 semester) the Tutoring Blitz gives Clayton State students the chance to drop in for assistance with their upcoming exams, without having to make an advance appointment.
Given the popularity of the Tutoring Blitz, the Center for Academic Success reaches out to the Clayton State community, including faculty, staff and students, to recruit tutors for the two day event, said CAS Director Kathy Garrison, who is expecting more than 40 tutors to be available each day. Visit www.clayton.edu for details.
