Suspect sought in robberies

JONESBORO — The Clayton County Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying a man caught on a surveillance camera.

Sgt. Kevin Hughes said the photograph is of a black male who is wearing a black winter coat with white cuffs and a fur-lined hood.

Hughes said police believe the man is responsible for several burglaries and armed robberies in the areas of Upper Riverdale Road and Tara Boulevard in unincorporated Jonesboro.
