JONESBORO — Arts Clayton swore in its 2014 Board of Directors at a formal installation ceremony held last Friday at the group’s gallery in Jonesboro. The board is made up of 29 arts supporters from around Clayton County.
New board members are Frank Brandon, City of Forest Park; Daryl Brown, Georgia Power; Terrie Clark, Waddell and Reed Investments; Jeff Denney, Southern Crescent Hospital for Specialty Care; Vangie Dennis, Spivey Station Surgery Center; Glenn Duck, Caduceus Occupational Medicine in Morrow and Terreta Rogers from Atlanta Technical College.
Returning members are Rick Binfield, State Farm Insurance; Clayton County Superior Court Judge Geronda Carter; Lata Chinnan, New South Package Store; Gerrian Hawes, We Are Clayton Magazine; Sandra Henderson, Savvi Formalwear; Pat Hussey, H and H System Inc.; Kalanos Johnson, Jacobs Engineering Group; Steve Lister, attorney, Lister and Holt LLC; Joanne Maples, Jonesboro United Methodist Church preschool; Donna Mason, The St. John Group; Larry McDonald, Vintage Photography; Kim McMillian, Chick-fil-A Inc.; John Parkerson, Clayton State University; Paddy Sharma, Global Teachers Research and Resources Inc.; Karen Sullivan, Paragon Security Systems Inc.; Mike Vigil, Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln and Parveen Yusufji, Atlanta Orthopedic and Arthroscopy Center.
