STOCKBRIDGE – Piedmont Henry Hospital and the American Red Cross will host a “100 days of summer, 100 days of hope” blood drive July 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the hospital’s Foundation Education Center, Classroom A.
Donors will receive a free t-shirt. If at least 37 pints are collected, there will be a drawing for two $25 gift cards.
To give blood, a donor must be in good health, age 17 years or older, weigh at least 110 pounds, not have donated blood within the last 56 days and show a valid photo ID. It is recommended donors eat a snack or meal within two hours prior to donating blood.
