Spring Sprint

The Lake Spivey Rotary Club and city of Jonesboro are hosting a 5K and 10k run and walk March 22. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with the race starting at 8:30 p.m. at Lee Street Park in Jonesboro. Cost is $20 and includes a t-shirt and one free raffle ticket for prices. There will be refreshments and vendor booths. Southern Regional will also be offering free health screenings. Sixth Annual Yellow Pollen Street Festival

Yellow Pollen Street Festival

Join more than 80 vendors and over 2,500 visitors at Hampton’s premiere Yellow Pollen Street Festival March 22 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Celebrate that pesky pollen in style with food, fun and educational experiences in Hampton’s downtown. The festival is sponsored by the Downtown Development Authority and Main Street Program.
