Jonesboro salon meets spiritual needs, too
While soft gospel music played in the background, Rachel Miller, owner of Crown of Glory Salon, bowed her head and held the hands of first-time customer, Dorothy Gooden. Miller began to pray for her client's family, spirit and health.
