A proposed project list for a $6.14 billion regional transportation sales tax includes 14 projects for Clayton and Henry Counties, including plans to turn Tara Boulevard into a “super arterial highway.” An Atlanta Regional Commission roundtable is expected to approve a final project list by Oct. 15.
