Police: Ralph had 'overwhelming odor of alcohol'
Clayton County Board of Commissioners Vice Chairman Wole Ralph allegedly swerved back and forth across Metropolitan Parkway in Atlanta last Saturday before he was arrested on a myriad of charges, including driving under the influence, according to an Atlanta police report.
Ralph: 'I am not guilty' of DUI charges
Clayton County Board of Commissioners Vice Chairman Wole Ralph declared on Monday that he was not guilty of several charges -- including driving under the influence -- stemming from a traffic stop that occurred over the weekend in Atlanta.
