James Michel Glenn, III, is being held without bond in the shooting of a Morrow man who was out walking his dog. Police said Glenn shot the man in the face five or six times.

A warrant for murder has been obtained by detectives against 19-year-old James Michael Glenn, III, of Morrow, according to Clayton County Police Sgt. Otis Willis, III.
